The sonic quality is superb. I personally have not had any of the problems reported with the Spitfire player. I think this plugin is great.

An excellent percussion library for bongos and other high pitched drums, with a well-designed interface and multiple mallet options per instrument.

Amazing library. Deep recording, a lot of dynamic layers, round robins, sample start is on point, a lot of microphones, nicely recorded, mix by Simon Rhodes is perfect. Nice palette of instruments, hands, sticks, rolls. Can’t say more! Perfect

Hi. Their new series, Abbey Road Orchestra, is fantastic. I was recently chosen in the “Random Acts of Kindness” giveaway in the SF community to select a free library based of an underscore of a short animation that I submitted. I chose the low percussion and the purchased the high percussion. I trueky can’t imagine how good the rest of this series will be based on the quality of these two libraries. My only criticism concerns the SF player. Not having an “update sample pool” option as the Kontakt player allows with other manufacturers and older SF libraries, is a rather substantial drawback when trying to compose with multiple instances of new SF products. I have had to abandon a project composing Appassionata strings due to the player eating up resources. My plan is replace those string with Performance Samples Vista or Pacific. I hate that because I really love the sound of those strings. I know I am not the only one who share this sentiment. Thank you for taking the time to read this and all of the hard work you and your company do. I hope this finds you and yours well. Cheers.

Amazing attention to detail. Highly versatile.

This library and also samples of recent libraries are playable, responding instantly to what I play, and sounding wonderful. It's also quite consistent layout-wise. We'll see if the instruments keep up with this. :) What I miss: building my own patch with various instruments and controlling more than 1 instrument per track/instance. What I don't like: I'd like to choose which instruments and mics to install. I use only the mix mics, but it all needs a ton of GB drive space. Custom download or at least choosing between mix mics and full mics would be great.

A nice complement to the low percussion library. However, it feels a little expensive compared to the former one.

The sound is marvellous - for me the best sounding orchestral percussion library. I honestly don’t like the strategy in releasing a full Abbey library over a period of years, however the sound of low and high percussion is simply great.

It would be helpful if it contained rhythmic patterns/loops rather than just hits & rolls. The sounds are no doubt top-notch, but I'll have to give it a 3/5 for its outdated design.
