One of the best libraries to achieve the old 1990s period drama saturated sound unlike the polished sound of many other libraries.

Like the intimate Loading in kontakt free player manuel

Outdated. Good quality - but only for Kontakt Player. Bought in a bundle and will perhaps never use: Too many loops no one needs. Some nice orchestral instruments.

works nice with other Albions. Different textures from Albion I and IV

For me if has a lot of features I don't need, has an awkward GUI, and is otherwise comparable to other libraries I already own. I purchased it as part of a bundle.

Excellent tailored and musical library

Bought Loegria for around fifty bucks as part of the Ton deal BlackFriday2024. I'm familiar with the strings as Intimate Strings was one of my first purchases from spitfire. it's nice to have legatos and outriggers, along with the beautiful horneuphs and sackbuts, but the recorders are kind of comically not great. Additionally, despite this being available for Kontakt Player myself and a couple others have noted that it does not appear in the Kontakt Library opener in the same way as others, instead it must be loaded via the File> pathway like Kontakt full libraries. This is a turn off for me, but not the end of the world. I'm happy with the great deal on Loegria, but since I already own NEO this was a bit of an unnecessary purchase for me.

It's just quite old, can't really recommend

Albion Loegria is a good quality VST with power which is not always the case with VSTs of this type.

Strings are fantastic. I miss, however, more instruments for metals and woodwinds.

Big fan of the intimate texture of this library... I lost myself in the woods every time I play just few notes. A unique sound really easy to shape and make it even more personal. Love it.

My purchase of Albion 2 really helped elevate the sound of a project I was working on. After working and working with some stock Logic plugins, it was a giant relief and immediate sonic improvement when I loaded the Albion 2 Strings up for the first time. I really love the sound of the reverbs and the control over the instruments. Full disclosure, I did purchase Albion 2 during the 50% off sale but I had been eyeing a Spitfire purchase for a little bit, the sale just helped me jump in earlier and helped me in my writing by making it easier to get my ideas out the way I heard them. Can not recommend enough.

A very good cinematic library with soft strings, synths, and not-so-soft Darwin Percussion. Strings sound very realistic.

I purchased this for the sound of the strings alone. The Flautando and Con Sordinos are a nice balance of delicate and intimate but also emotional and dynamic. The percussion in this particular Albion is also great for larger, "epic" sounding tracks, but I think would work equally as well for smaller ensemble writing. The wooden recorders are an interesting addition for woodwinds but can add a nice element of character when used. This is the most unique Albion in my humble opinion, and I'm glad that I purchased it when I did.

A wonderful sound library, sampled in a great acoustic environment. It includes several mic positions which can be blended as desired .The sections are all expressive and extremely playable - they are mostly arranged as Hi and Lo patches. A full string Ensemble is also included. There are plenty of articulations to choose from and they all sound great. The Con Sordinos and Flautandos are particular standouts, as are the percussions. Several Overlay patches are included, including some taken from the Mural, Albion I, Albion III and Sable libraries. Listen to the demos and videos provided by Spitfire Audio and you'll get a precise idea of how they sound.
