Quality isn’t what I expected. Polished edges are not polished. I provided high resolution photos and got grainy images back

While these are replacements for prior acrylics bought back in March, the quality of the photos is stunning. I am just very disappointed in having to pay full price for the memorial gifts again. I had asked for a discount or something due to the fact it was not explained to me or shown when ordering a 4ft x 4ft acrylic how flexible and the lack of rigidity of the product. I was told it would be okay to mount it on a board, which premium wood was expensive as well. The main photo of the deceased was damaged due to the rigidity. So, after the original purchase of over $727 and over $620 (I decreased the two collages to 3x3 for stability and no shipping charges) for replacements, we have over $1347 for 3 usable collages. If you order a large acrylic, please be aware they are VERY flexible. I was told that info would be added to the website.

Acrylic at larger dimensions can behave differently from smaller formats, and improper mounting methods can unfortunately lead to damage during installation.
