This was supposed to be a perforated rear-window decal for my Lexus ES350, but it was produced as a straight banner. Shouldn't it be measured and cut to fit the specific curved shape and dimensions of the rear window rather than being a simple rectangle?

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear the product did not meet your expectations for installation on your vehicle.
This order was produced according to the dimensions and design provided at checkout, and the approved proof reflected a standard rectangular layout. Since there were no notes or specifications indicating that the decal was intended for a curved rear vehicle window, we were not able to account for custom vehicle fitting or contour cutting in production.
We understand how this would affect installation for that type of application, and we regret any inconvenience this has caused. While we’re unable to offer a refund in this case due to the order being produced as approved, we did offer assistance for a properly fitted replacement and remain happy to help if you can provide the required measurements and details for your vehicle.

Product is wonderful! I was worried about putting it where my back wipers are, but its on and looking good! The decal is not bothered by the wipers at all!

This is my first time with a window decal and besides not having the backing pre-slit, it went very well. Product is of great quality. I used a new razor blade to create my own slit down the middle, top to bottom. Because I was being very cautious not to cut the decal, I did have to rip the backing for separation. The slit down the middle assists with installation. Tape the decal first to the window, making sure it is level, then peal backing off one side, then the next. The perforation provides nice visibility out the back window. I'm very pleased.
