Color wasn't as expected, was told it wasn't SquareSigns fault and offered a 25% discount on a reprint (your coupons are often more than that). Not great customer service IMO.

I've had UltraBoard signs from other companies with no problems at all. The sign that I ordered arrived with somewhat jagged edges, and more importantly right in the middle of the sign it looks like something didn't print right and had been touched up with a marker of a slightly different color and sheen. I submitted photos and a complaint to support and weeks later still have no solution. Rather than focusing on the issue with their production quality, they seem to be focused on getting a clear picture of the shipping label even though I provide a pictures of the shipping box from both sides and was very clear that there was absolutely no problem with shipping or packaging The problem was with production.
