Seems OK but cardboard package got left outside by FedEx and got wet. Contents were saturated & wrinkled :-(. Hopefully will still transfer properly. Product should have been shipped in waterproof packaging.

The material arrived well packaged and apparently everything was fine. I ordered some decals, one large and two small ones. I didn't have any problems with the small one, but the large one, after being applied and the protective film was removed, wouldn't come off. Sometimes I couldn't transfer it to where I wanted, ruining the decal. They only offered a discount if I reordered, but I'm not going to pay twice for something that came defective.
The vinyl lettering is excellent. My only issue is that with very small lettering, sometimes they come off the transfer paper and onto the backing, so I have to manually place and adjust the letters.
Nice sign! Difficult to apply.

That said, we're always looking to improve, if you have any suggestions on how we can make installation easier, we’d love to hear them. Your input helps us serve you better.
Difficult to install because thin pieces of paper stuck to the back of the lettering. Lettering does not properly cling to the windows causing them to slide when there is moisture in the air. Do not recommend.
The quality was beyond expectations and 100% done right.
