They contacted me told me they did not want me to change my review unless I felt satisfied so I will not be. They offered a new star with a better package. I will say the upgrade was nice in the presentation box it came in. For free I’d say great but this is the upgrade and as I said before it’s not worth the price they ask. I opened the box to find the certificate in a plastic frame you can purchase at the dollar store down the street. lol. Not sure how much this upgrade costs but I can guarantee it’s too much. The box it came in should come standard with any upgrade to a physical certificate in my opinion and keep the cheap frame. I salvaged it by purchasing a nice frame for $50 At Micheal’s and framed it myself. I’ve learned that online purchases should definitely be less shady and more upfront with what they are offering instead of the shady business tactics they use. Buyer beware.
