But I recently buy a camera bag for me, i was looking for a small concept bag to Carry my camera all time with me, and im looking for a good qulaity bag in budget price, then i saw a K&F Concept bag and i order it i was not expecting it would be qulaityfull or not, if it not qualify full then i will return it, but i got the product within a day and the product quality it good and almost I got it 650 less then others shops, also in dhaka i got free delivery.
In next time if they give good price in camera accessories then I'll definitely buy from them.

Therefore, my advice to everyone is to never purchase products from the official Star Tech website (startech.com.bd), as I received the product without proper sealing or protective packaging.

This came as a surprise to me because I had never removed or even touched the processor. If the processor had already been faulty, it raises the question of how the computer had been functioning before

I faced bad experience in Uttara branch. When I send my pc for repair and service they changed my processor from Ryzen 5 3600g to ryzen 5 5600x and they claimed that this is my processor.
Idk much about the but for some reason reviews needs to be approved by some webmaster. It has been over 2 months or so since I posted 2 negative reviews and none of them has been approved yet. Also, I asked them on e-mail they said some of the worst bullshit.
Asking me if I bought the product or not. Like what kind of question is this? Now, they don't seem to reply back.

I rarely post things like this, but what happened to me over the last two days has left me genuinely frustrated and I feel people need to know.
On May 1st, I ordered a CMF Watch Pro 2 from #Star_tech with Fast Track delivery because I urgently needed it. I paid extra specifically to get it within 24 hours. Since my address is outside Dhaka metro, standard delivery would take 3 to 5 days. So I tried every option available to get it faster.
First, I agreed to go and collect it myself from the Hazaribagh warehouse on the same day — only to realize after checking that it was too far from my location to be practical. So I called again and asked if there was any other way. I was given another option — if I provide a Dhaka metro address, I could receive it by May 2nd. I found an address in Dhaka metro and gave it, knowing I would have to go there myself to collect it. I was ready to do that.
On May 2nd, I called for an update. They told me it will arrive May 3rd. When I asked why, I was told the order was only billed on May 2nd. Fast Track charge still applies. Refund? Only possible after delivery, if I call back.
Every single time I called, I got a different answer. I adjusted, cooperated, and compromised at every step — and still got nothing delivered as promised.
⚠️ If you are planning to order anything urgently from #Star_tech online, please be very careful. No matter how hard you try or how many alternatives you agree to, there is no guarantee your urgent order will actually be treated as urgent.
I hope Startech takes this seriously.
Bad service, super unorganized. Don't buy something from here unless you want go to thru multiple calls. They sold me a GPU, confirmed the order thru a call and text message only for them to notify me they need 3 business days to bring the GPU from another branch.

They are one of the top tier merchants in the country for tech. My issue is their delivery charge is well above the standard rate while claiming to have free shipping all over the country. If you managed to find their promo code, you would get a flat 100 discount even on expensive products. Then after deduction you would get charged more than the standard delivery rate.
To put it simply, compared to the competitors like Ryan's, you would be paying ~DOUBLE fees if you didn't apply their promo code.
However, the silver lining is that they got huge stocks and often they put product discounts when clearing shelves.

I have been a customer of Star Tech for a while, but my recent experience with their warranty service has completely shattered my trust in their brand.
It has been nearly two months, since February 22, 2026 that I submitted my GPU (Sapphire Pulse AMD Radeon RX 7600) for a standard warranty claim due to a fan issue. What should have been a straightforward resolution has turned into a nightmare of unprofessionalism. I have followed up repeatedly, only to be met with vague responses, delays, and absolutely zero accountability.
It is incredibly frustrating to see a company of this size treat a customer with such blatant disregard. They are quick to take your money at the point of sale, but once a product has an issue, you are essentially left on your own. Even raising formal complaints has been ineffective. It is clear that "customer satisfaction" is just a slogan here, not an actual practice.
If you are considering purchasing from Star Tech, be warned: IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG, DO NOT EXPECT ANY REAL SUPPORT.

Today, I visited IDB Bhaban and purchased a PC from Startech. Unfortunately, my experience during the PC assembly and Windows 11 installation was extremely disappointing and unacceptable due to the behavior of the service personnel.
The individuals responsible for building the PC demonstrated highly unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful behavior. They lacked even the most basic level of customer etiquette. Their tone, attitude, and manner of communication were inappropriate and made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected as a customer. This kind of conduct is completely unacceptable in any professional service environment.
As a paying customer, I expect basic courtesy, respectful communication, and professional service. Instead, I was treated in a manner that reflects poorly on Startech’s service standards and damages the company’s reputation. Such behavior raises serious concerns about the training, supervision, and accountability of the service staff.
I strongly urge the management to investigate this incident immediately, take appropriate disciplinary action, and ensure that all service personnel receive proper customer service and behavioral training. Immediate corrective measures are necessary to prevent similar incidents in the future.
I am submitting this complaint with the expectation of a formal response and visible action. Customer trust and satisfaction should never be compromised due to staff misconduct.

I submitted my full desktop computer to your Multiplan Center branch on 17 September 2025 for warranty service.
After inspection, I was informed that there was an issue with the motherboard and that the repair would be completed within 20-25 working days.
However, it has now been over a month, and I have not received any update or resolution.
I contacted your warranty hotline several times (on 6, 8, and 20 October), but each time I was only told that it would be fixed “next week,” without any definite timeline or progress.
Due to this prolonged delay and lack of communication, I have formally filed a complaint with the Directorate of National Consumer Rights Protection (DNCRP) regarding this issue.
I kindly request you to review my service case urgently and provide a clear update or resolution at the earliest possible time.
