No assistance or guidance in how to use this product with the freedom sticks when it says that they're fully compatible. Can't get it going after more than 2 weeks. No help from Store DJ to get it working - No help from the AUS Chauvet supplier either. No Manual, no video link, no 'instant working' as suggested. Disappointed would be an understatement
