Following the superb and comprehensive advice given by the manager of the Lyon store when choosing the chair, the delivery was efficient and the chair itself is everything I hoped for. I have spent years and thousands on other recliner chairs which have failed to meet expectations. This chair is a gem and the expense is acceptable because I will never need another.

Ordered the armchair in November 2024, expecting delivery in February or March 2025; the armchair arrived 17 January. Delivered with care and helpful deliverers installed the seat in the house (even offered to remove old chair, that Stressless my wife now enjoys). Model bought: Stressless Sam with power & heating. The chair is much firmer than my old Stressless power, I am sure it will give with time.

Great conditions and price, but :
- Delayed delivery at home due to incorrect name of my address on the order form.
- Never received my invoice despite phone calls and emails. What more ?

Long waited before I could afford this quality beyond any description. Appreciate possibility to personalize, size, form, colour, material etc. Delay of deliverance was respected. Completely operational and well backed/protected. What more could one ask?!

J'ai commandé un rehausseur de chaise pour mon siège électrique Stressless Consul, j'ai payé les taxes et la livraison a été gratuite. DHL Express a finalement livré le colis de 2,9 kg à Paris, où le colis a été retardé car Stressless avait fourni 2 factures, une pour une chaise anglaise de 34 kg (pour 638 £, je lui enverrai une copie avec l'observation qu'il y a eu une violation de données) et l'autre pour mon éleveur de 2,9 kg. DHL Paris a commencé à proposer des frais supplémentaires et des conditions de livraison ; J'ai refusé car c'est un problème pour mon fournisseur, en l'occurrence Stressless France

I ordered a chair raiser for my Stressless Consul power seat, paid the taxes and delivery was free. DHL Express eventually delivered the 2.9kg package to Paris, where the package was delayed because Stressless had supplied 2 invoices, one for an English lady's 34kg chair (for £638, I will be posting a copy to her with the observation that there has been a data breach) and the other for my 2.9kg raiser. DHL Paris started quoting additional charges and requirements for delivery; I declined since this is a problem for my supplier, in this case Stressless France
