Is not only me? I have same issue like others with this company. In the contract that was signed with a company partner with them is writing clear "If Director wants to cease the contract" not if they have internal issues and broke up with the partners. I didn't want to cease, so why they ask me money? After the partnership broke down, they explicitly admitted in an email that we had no direct contract and asked me to sign a new one with them if i want to continue. I refused, yet they are now contradicting themselves, and send me emails and today i received a letter about paying the rest of months remaining. I can;t give zero start, because that is what they deserve

Highly unprofessional practices. I signed my accounting contract strictly with their partner firm. After their partnership broke down, I chose to remain with the partner. Despite having no direct contract with Super Financial Limited—which is a clear breach of the UK 'Privity of Contract' law—they are continuously harassing my business for money and threatening debt collection. Under FCA Debt Collection Guidelines, it is illegal to pass an account to collectors when a debt is formally disputed. Be very careful with this firm and their aggressive billing tactics! My experience with Super Financial Ltd has been extremely disappointing.

My original agreement ended in March 2026. Two months later I received a new contract through rSign for the 2026–2027 period. I did not sign or accept that contract. Despite this, the company later claimed that I was already bound by a new 12-month agreement and demanded payment for the remaining balance.

What I found particularly concerning was the inconsistency in their own communications. One email stated that I would need to sign a new agreement if I wished to continue the collaboration, while later emails claimed I was already under contract for the same period without ever signing it. I have retained these emails and screenshots.

Throughout the process I repeatedly requested the documents relating to my company so my new accountant could take over. Instead of simply providing what I requested, I received repeated demands for payment and references to legal action over a debt that I formally dispute.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. If you are considering using their services, I would strongly advise reading all correspondence carefully and keeping copies of every email and document.
