The product is decent. It did get two scratches on it and the cover hasn't arrived yet, but that seems to be more on the user's fault but being an Apple product, it could have been a little more sturdier. Everything else is great, it is updated to the latest IOS and operate like any new updated iPad (I switched form an iPad mini 2 that was stuck on IOS 9 and didn't let me download a lot of things and the system was dated and could not be updated). The iPad has Touch ID and Siri and everything is up to date and all the apps work perfect. It does lag a bit but not too noticeable and it sometimes can get slow but still decent. I'd recommend this, especially for a child! Or even someone who needs it to do work but does not have a huge budget.

The 6th gen. iPad is everything I needed. I'm sure a brand new Pro would be better for some heavy video editing or other memory-intensive tasks, but sometimes you just need something to do normal, everyday tasks - and for that I was glad I found a refurbished 6th gen.
