I upgraded from the 11 Pro and I really like what came in the mail. The phone looks brand-new to me, and operates great. Transfer happened so fast I didn't even notice it until I realized everything was already there waiting for me! Kudos to Apple for that - and kudos to Swappa for making this accessible on my modest budget.
