Wasn’t sure if I’d like the ring or if the data captured would be beneficial for me. Sizing is crucial and challenging if you have bigger knuckles. Ring provides a wealth of data and holds a charge for 2-3 days give or take, and is quick to charge. There is a subscription needed to use all features of the ring. It’s too early for me to know if it’s enough of a value, but I’m in for a year to find out.

I got a gently used Size 8 Oura ring Heritage in silver-tone. It's a bit chunky, but no more so than any wide band ring would be. It's smooth, fits comfortably and doesn't slide off my finger. It also appears to have good battery life and an airplane mode which ought to help boost the 5-7 day battery life advertised on Oura's own website. So far, I like this product and I got it on Swappa for about 1/3 the price of a new one. It's also alot more comfortable to wear than a smartwatch.
