As previously stated on the other page for the most part I'm happy with swappa and the process and everything it's just the phone I was sold was rated in 8 out of 10 and for some reason it would not connect to the network I took it to the Verizon store I don't know how many times and got them to put in I need SIM card a physical SIM card and the phone I'll say it's 75% of the time if I wasn't connected to the Wi-Fi I couldn't really call out or use the internet or receive calls it was always saying that i can only make emergency calls

I'm not sure what the battery life should be like for an S10+, and it's also complicated by background apps draining the battery and the fact that my phone had a couple of issues that prompted a return. I'm waiting for the replacement now. This phone was SO much better than my LG K30 in so many different ways and, aside from the issue of my video and pictures were not saved consistently to the place I'd designated and the issues that prompted the return (overheating while using certain apps, the fingerprint scanner didn't always work that well, and the accidental touch prevention being both useless and sometimes interfering with intentional touches), it was such a pleasure to have. The only other criticism I have of this product is that it's hard to pick it up without accidentally touching the screen, so I often cause things to happen that I didn't want/intend. As with other companies' voice-activated assistants (Alexa, Cortana, Siri, etc.), Bixby tends to turn on when not summoned. I definitely do not appreciate being forced into an agreement by Samsung when I first turned the phone on that seemed to state that the phone wasn't really mine, and I had to accept that or return it. Overall, though, it's a really nice phone.

I'm a big fan of Samsung phones and wouldn't have anything else. I bought the S10+ for my father who is 81 years old and very challenged when it comes to today technology. The S10+ is one in a short list of phones thar will pair with his hearing aides. This was definitely a smart buy since I no longer have to repeat myself over and over on the phone anymore.
