Swyft have very good customer service. The was the perfect size for a small dressing area where I also needed extra space for a guest. If the guest is staying only a few days, I should be adequate. However, I had a guest for two weeks and they complained about the comfort. As a bed, the sleeping area is very firm - even with a double mattress topper.
