The customer service is great at Swyft. However, I would not purchase this topper again. It is very difficult to store this topper when not in use. It probably makes the bed more comfortable so it is a tradeoff. This doesn't fold and it takes up too much space to store. It also had a strong chemical smell when it arrived. I had to air it out for a couple months before using.
