I’m a tourist from Thailand and visited Takeoff Copenhagen on April 16, 2025, to buy sneakers costing 2,600 DKK. The staff told me my card was declined, so I paid in cash. Later, I found out my card was actually charged as well — meaning I was double charged.

I contacted the store immediately after I can back to Thailand. They promised to refund the extra charge and asked for my bank details for a wire transfer, which I provided. However, it’s been months with no refund and no updates. My husband even sent a “Final Request Before Escalation” email, but we have received no response.

This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience, especially as a foreign visitor. I hope this was a genuine mistake, but the lack of communication is unacceptable. I advise anyone shopping here to be very cautious.

Not clear info when placing an order. On the contrary of many (probably all) online shop, this one use "Available online" description for items not in stock. this means that first they need to purchase them, then the item reach the shop, then they ship to the customer. All this process will never take less than 5-6 days but still they write delivery 2-8 days. On top of this, they will take the money not when the item is shipped from the shop to the customer, but as soon as they purchase from their supplier.
I have already told the customer support that they need to be more transperent.
Order placed on April 26. Today (May 5th), 6th working day, the shoes have not even reached tak-off yet. I doubt I will have them by Wed, may 7th.
Update, May 8th, still no news about where my order is.
Update May 9th, still no news about my order and silence from customer support. Today is the 10th working day.

Klasse butik og god service

I purchased a pair of shoes for my daughter's birthday and received them just 2 days later.

Regrettably, they turned out to be too small, prompting me to return them as per email agreement by Takeoff Copenhagen. I received a link to purchase a return label, and the entire process unfolded seamlessly.

I will certainly be making future purchases from here.

if you are in Copenhagen looking for Air Jordans, THIS is the place you need to go! Excellent service combined with a really nice store. The guy running this store treats you very vell, and provides a lot of models other stores dont have here in Copenhagen. That is at last my experience. All the models in display are wrapped in with plastic to be most the hygienic. Megacool store!
You do not wanna miss out this one.
