The product I ordered arrived in good condition. There was constant communication every business day. I received payment notification instantly. Tracking information was happening in real time. Package arrived when it said it will be delivered by courier Posti (It was really 4 business days, not 1-3 days as advertised). Posti is best. The driver was a really cool guy. Unloading was in a few minutes.

The total cost of my ordered product was a little on the high side because of VAT tax and shipping cost (fuel price). I think the discount coupon Taloon gave, helped save a little money. I appreciate it.

I am satisfied with Taloon, Posti delivery, the price, and the quality of my product. I didn't experience any negative stress.

Taloon is a Finnish site, which was important to us. It answered all of our questions, and made selecting the right washer for our family very easy. Delivery was quick, and they had the option to recycle our old machine.

We will be using Taloon again.

Good quality and good delivery

The product was as described and the quality looked good. One bolt was too short to use but I have a well stocked workshop so found a bolt of the right size and length.

I bought two Helo infrared panels and was very disappointed. When a traditional sauna is heated, the ceiling, walls, and other surfaces warm up and emit infrared radiation far more effectively than these panels. Is the fault of the shop? I don't know

Item never arrived. This has happened every time when ordering from Taloon or Netrauta. Items always arrive weeks after to originally planned delivery date or not at all.

I placed the order last Tuesday (13th of January) and the parcel came to Åland three days later. That's unusual for several shipments.
To get five stars Taloon needs to provide the site in Swedish and maybe English.

The delivery wasn't sent in the 2-5 days, and after waiting weeks, I emailed and after several days eating, I discovered it wasn't sent at all from the warehouse. There was no real apology or anything to make up for the mistake by Taloon.

Assembling instructions lacking clarity
Package supposed to be delivered home, however it has been moved to a pickup point, customer service been contacted and promised to resolve the issue, unfortunately nothing happened.

I ordered Harma marmori as written on website and your company delivered Lava marmori and now even justifying there wrong delivery.
