My son and I were buying a present for his friend and we've had an excellent experience at TCG Citypark store. Salesperson Ruf was very nice and professional and he gave us a very thorough and useful presentation of their Pokemon assortment.

Accommodating Staff + Super Pre-Order Experience
I pre-ordered a new set of Pokemon products and stopped by the store before the official date of pick-up. Even though they didn't have every product of my order in store yet, they very nicely offered to let me have one of the products that was stocked early, just so I wouldn't leave empty-handed. Very nice and accomodating!
