A Fabulous Power Cleaning Job
The 2 guys came and cleaned a very old dirty large patio area. First they had to brush, clean and gather the years of debris. Then they used a powerful petrol power sprayer. Next they used specialised cleaning liquid and eventually they used a sealant
I have spoken about the professionalism of their work but I haven’t included how friendly, courteous, considerate & kind both Owen & Rhys were
They left everything spotless and even washed the relevant windows and area. Excellent in every way

Great, but some shipping issues
My order with the Hydro Bros was great! Fast shipping and reasonable prices. The only reason this review is not 5 stars is that the delivery process was not clear. At checkout, I elected to have my package sent to a nearby pickup spot. I got an email saying that my order had been delivered but it didn't say where to pick it up. This became quite confusing as I had to reverse-engineer my order to see what the deliver address options were and then make a guess about which one I chose. I went to several stores to find my package. It was a bit unclear and frustrating, but I did get my package in the end and I think if I'd done regular delivery, it would've been no issue!

Excellent customer service and quick delivery
Excellent customer service, it was a fast delivery, however when it arrived it had a manufacturers fault. Hydro Bros immediately responded, contacted the supplier, organised with them collection and redelivery of a new product. Communication was excellent at all points through the process, and we were delighted with the outcome. Thank you Hydro Bros team!
