Product details

Mini versionof our Anduril sword. Anduril, also known as the "Flame of the West", was the sword of Aragorn in the Lord of the Rings series. The sword was reforged from the shards of Narsil, the sword of Elendil, and then was gifted to Aragorn by Elrond. The inscription on the blade reads - "Nanye Andúril i ne Narsil i macil Elendilo. Lercuvanten i mali Mordoreo." which translates in English to "I am Anduril, who was Narsil, the sword of Elendil. Let the thralls of Mordor flee me."

A lovely quality mini Anduril, although as it doesn't have runes down the blade it's more like it's forebear Narsil. The blade is slightly sharp, but more of a 'false edge'. The sword in the scabbard measures 34cm long and the sword's crossguard is 8.5cm across. The hilt is a moulded plastic rather than leather, but it looks excellent. It has a nice weight and is a nice dagger size but also dainty enough that it would make a fabulous letter opener on anyone's desk. The scabbard is nice and simple which is perfect for the sword it holds.
