I feel the course is super comprehensive and very practical, as well as personal. I have learnt so much in terms of technical skill and I really enjoy the layout of content as well as subject matter of assignments. My tutor is quick with replies/marks and i find his input extremely insightful

I couldn't be happier. Photography is an old wish in my life, and when I got my first camera, I started learning. The online offerings are extensive, and I was not sure where to start. I did a few courses online, but nothing I can compare with this one. I love the information, very detailed, and the best part is the possibility to interact with your teacher and the community of people taking the course.
Reading and sending assignments is easy online, but not often do you find real feedback provided and tailored to your needs, making you grow.
My teacher was George Seper. I can't say enough good things about him.
This course was not just to improve my knowledge and technique. I'm definitely a happier and better person after this.

Overall a very good experience and almost finished.

I was a little disappointed with the fill-in tutor and his feedback whilst my main tutor was away. I was hoping for some constructive criticism of my photos and what I wrote for my assignment. Instead I was left feeling he just wanted to share with me his photography journey.

The only change I would recommend is to have video rather than reading material as it is challenging to learn such a technical skill with only reading material

I am really enjoying this course and feel I am learning a lot. In the past I have often just used auto-mode on my camera as it seemed the quickest way. This course has helped me to move away from that and understand much more about my camera and photography overall. The tutor feedback is timely and very helpful. The one critique point I have that as the modules were written at a point in time, they may not always contain the latest developments. Nevertheless, I can definitely recommend this course to anyone interested in learning more about photography and considering to become a photographer.

I have had a positive experience with The Photography Institute thus far. This online course comprises in-depth modules and is of a high standard. I have enhanced my photographic-related knowledge considerably. I also receive excellent academic and technical support. The course content is very thorough, although it is difficult to learn camera functions / using your camera, jargon, putting it all together without the practical hands on assistance.

The The Photography Institute's photography course is a challenging but rewarding program to develop you as a serious photographer. Feedback on the modules is detailed and helpful. The online materials are extremely thorough and well presented. If you'd like to get out of Auto and into Manual, this is the course for you.

The modules are full of valuable information and well planned. I am enjoying this course. I have done other photography course years ago, but it was not as good as this. I have learned a lot and it is explained well with practical assignments to test your knowledge

There is a lot of great information and feedback given back when you receive your marks back. If there were more step by step instructions and maybe video tutorials it would be more helpful for a visual learner like myself.
