They sold me a bag, condition listed as “excellent” , it could not be returned. I paid $250. The bag was disappointing, did not hold shape and looked used. I could resell but not return, they listed it for $165 and paid me back $74. I would describe this practice as dishonest, fraudulent. Nobody responded to my email addressed to customer office
Agent was very prompt in responding ensuring my sis was being dealt with.
Received with a small hole in it, which was not mentioned in the listing. Probably wouldn’t have paid the price I did for it had I known.
Mislabeled a bag’s size and marked it up to $445, final sale. The bag was new with tags. It arrives and the price tag on the bag was $285 and it’s clearly a smaller size. Not the first time this site has misrepresented an item. I once bought a pair of earrings from this company that was missing a diamond. The picture did not show the missing diamond and the description did not include that a diamond was missing in the pave. That item was returnable thankfully. I returned it, and they reposted it to their site again with the incorrect description, which would lead the buyer to the leave that there is no missing stone. Absolutely untrustworthy company.
Great quality pictures where just as described!!! Will shop again and again also quick shipping!!! Very happy
Package sorted and sent to the wrong state twice. Then back tracked twice. Still delayed. With no timeline to deliver. Probably stolen at this point. Terrible experience. You think spending thousands of dollars would get you safe, accurate shipping. Not with these turds.
The boots are exactly as promised, they fit, and they came in a wonderful bag. The only downside? Both the box they came in and the bag are covered in dog fur!
The jewelry was very hard to find and had gone out of production. TheRealReal, listed it, had the certificate of valuation as an easy to read attached document, and I was able to IM with a service rep with questions while I ordered the item. It all came together wonderfully, and I felt protected, for a high priced item.
The good thing is the quality of things you can get for extremely reasonable prices. The problem is that if you have receive something that doesn't fit, it is a $15 fee to return. Be careful with sizes.
Process was easy and product is acceptable
Was very happy to find the John Hardy bamboo bracelet at a reasonable price. I had been looking for a long time to replace the one I lost and since they don't make them anymore not easy.
wonderful service, communication, quality of items and simple returning
Excellent service! Fast expedited shipping. Hilary was responsive and efficient
This company’s policy is based on lies, dishonesty and deception. You post items that are not only aesthetically flawed, but also items that you know first hand are not authentic and when your dishonesty is exposed you tell customers they are wrong and the back and forth with customer service is pathetic. You steal money when you know you are at fault . This has been a practice of dishonesty that this company has used to steal money from customers. You knew when you sold me a Gucci shirt that not authentic. It was so obvious that someone had sewn Gucci tags on the shirt. A kid could have done better. These people did not want to refund my money. They went back and forth with me through text for over a month. I had to threaten a lawsuit for their practice. I was also sold a Gucci portfolio and it looked good online. After receiving the purse they had literally painted over an huge spot and told me that the purse stated no refund . It didn’t give the description of painted over spot that would bleed upon arrival. The items that I have purchased were flawed and I literally had to fight to get subpar service. If I could give you a rating of zero would be very adequate. This is a scam business.
Your shipping should be free over say like 150. The shipping cost is outrageous. There was tape on the Hermes box taping it to the Stella McCartney top- that damaged the box. I also think your packaging is a bit careless. I have been buying from you since day 1- I love the site but you still have some kinks to work out
