The bag that I ordered was NWT, but the smell was soo strong! I washed it , left it for days to air. Nothing is working. After using it once, now even my wallet got this smell of old closet. Can't use the bag even if it was practically new.

I didn't like the Gucci wallet didn't come with authentic certificate. So I had to do the research on my own.

My most recent experience was not so great. My order was poorly packaged. The box used was thin, flimsy and opened upon arrival to my home. My shoes were exposed to some levels of dirt & appeared to have been tampered with because the black paper wrapping was not on one of the shoes.

The arrival of my package was swift and no problems with the process and I had no problem ordering my item: example- entering credit card info, sent to cart, and so fourth.

I’ve been a customer of The Real Real for many years and have been very happy with my purchases, customer service, and delivery. However, I am disappointed that they started charging delivery fees no matter how much you spend, however, since they switched to UPS, they do have unbelievably fast delivery!
