Love the selection, love my purchase, love the delivery!

The item was more used than shown in the pictures. It came folded up in a box that didn’t fit the purse size, this creased the purse. I was then unable to use the box unless I wanted to further crease it. I definitely feel like I over paid for the item.

Luxury at a really good price. Quick turnaround easy interface and an abundance of options. Selling is also great I wish the percentage was a little higher

Ordered my wife, a purse for her birthday. Happy that it arrived a day earlier. She was in love with it.

Poor descriptions of the items. The fabrics aren't properly described. A skirt, I thought was a printed poplin was actually a jersey knit. Two inaccurate descriptions in this order

They are perfect, the quality is expected for marc jacobs, which is outstanding. I paid for expedited shipping so it was a little disappointing that my shoes came after 8 days and not two days like I paid for. I am also disappointed the shoes didn't come with a dust bag or a box or card of authenticity but otherwise the shoes fit perfect and I'm in love with them.

I think it is super hard to sell anything on TRR...I have some really good stuff listed ....just disappointing

I am a first-time customer and purchased two jackets, same brand and style just different lengths that were listed as excellent condition. Wrong, I was livid to see the amount of piling and threads and there was odor on one of the jackets. The condition was definitely fair at best. Very disappointed. Will be returning and not shopping here because quality control is lacking.

I placed an order for a set. Jacket and pants. I only received the pants. After I placed the order, most of the pictures showing the included jacket were removed, but they remained in the original email. I now have to pay for the return shipping despite their misleading listing.

I’ve had a very positive experience with The RealReal. I recently purchased a few items, and although I had to return two because they didn’t fit me properly, the return process was easy and professional. I also purchased a beautiful black Louis Vuitton Epi leather wallet from 2010, and I absolutely love it. It arrived in incredible condition and honestly is like brand new. The quality was even better than I expected. I really appreciate The RealReal’s selection, customer service, and overall shopping experience, and I would definitely shop with them again. Delivery was smooth.
