My Gabriella Hearst garments arrived quickly and easily and I’m in Australia. Be aware that there is an import tax for anything over $1000! I wasn’t, but that’s not the fault of Real real.com.

I’m absolutely thrilled with my first two items that admittedly I just had to have after seeing them on the television show, the psychological thriller, Chloe, my favorite genre! Specifically season 1, episode 1.

The item description was spot on and delivery was in a timely manner. This was my first time ordering from The RealReal and I will definitely be orderin again!

Only ordered a few times and find the condition descriptions as highly misleading/inaccurate, often indicating something is in much better shape than it is.

The piece is beautiful. The price was amazing. But, the customer service was not helpful. They appeared to be speaking from a script and not actually listening to me at all. Often, before my query had ended they were already sending me a f/u questionnaire about how they served me. My item shipped late, was miss-sorted and only made it to its destination with hours to spare...it should have been days. I was on a trip at the time and the anxiety or where, when or how my item was being delivered very nearly derailed the whole experience. I seriously considered canceling the order.

The shoes when they came to me actually need to be totally repaired. The side of the shoe is not glued onto the body of the shoe.

I purchased an item that was not authentic and return request was not approved (was not even an expensive item and asked for store credit). I've been a loyal customer for many years, which makes this experience especially disappointing. I expected much better customer service from a company I've supported for so long. Instead of feeling valued, I felt ignored and my concerns were not handled professionally or with the level of care I expected. I'm very shocked from this customer service treatment!

Transacrjon was easy. Tracking number came directly after ordering. Paid for expedited shipping and the package arrived earlier than I expected. Bag was as represented. I am happy with the buy.

All good except for the WHITE DRESS had a biro pen mark, but because dress had a flowery pattern it was not obvious. But there was no indication of this in the description. And it was a large biro mark.
