I ordered a pair of Tory Burch sandals in a size 10. When I got sandals and tried on and they are definitely not a size 10. I own about 50 pairs of TB shoes so I know what I wear. I could not find a size marked on the sandals so I guess someone guessed as to what size they were?? I also ordered a coat. Great coat but again the website stated it was a medium. When I got it the tag says M/L. It’s kinda oversized for me but I’ll deal with it. But why not put the correct size on web page?

After the carrier used by The RealReal delivered my package to the wrong home, the only compensation they gave me as a result of mishandling a $100+ order was 48 dollars, half back to the original payment half in store credit. This lack of problem solving and misplacement of my goods has created a distasteful taste in my mouth and I'm unlikely to use The RealReal in the future or recommend it to any of my friends. Incredibly disappointing experience across the board.

Because you do not refund the shipping and handling cost, I have incurred finance charge for the full amount of the refund due to an outstanding amount. The shipping cost should be charged separately in order to prevent this from happening.

I was told i get $200 credit when i list 3 items or more. I only received $100 credit. And the prices on all items went up on the day the credit was sent/released.

The actual color vs the color on the site are very different

The strap broke right clean off when I put the purse around my shoulder yesterday and it was only the second time I used it and it said nothing about the strap being cracked just marks on the strap or I would have never bought it …I’m very unhappy about it and it ruined my day …now I will be making payments on a purse I can’t even use

I bought a pair of Valentino ankle boots from The Real Real online store and just received them. I paid customs taxes and received a UPS tracking number indicating that the boots are very uncomfortable to wear and very poor quality. They are counterfeit. Why is their store located in California, USA, and I am receiving the shoes from China when I purchased them from their online US store.

The bag that I ordered was NWT, but the smell was soo strong! I washed it , left it for days to air. Nothing is working. After using it once, now even my wallet got this smell of old closet. Can't use the bag even if it was practically new.

I didn't like the Gucci wallet didn't come with authentic certificate. So I had to do the research on my own.
