The only reason I gave this seller 3 stars is because they made the return process quick and hassle-free. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. I genuinely wish the item had simply been used rather than counterfeit. I would not recommend this purchase based on my experience.

Guccis usually run half a size small and I would suggest getting even another half a size bigger for women with wider feet. I guessed correctly and my stepmother is going to look fantastic when we go on our family cruise this Christmas.

It was the first time we ordered off of this site. We were expecting just say so so product but when we got it, it was in nearly pristine condition. Everything about the transaction was easy and it was very quickly shipped. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Product condition and measurements are often wildly inaccurate. I’m returning more and more items as a result. I include very specific written feedback regarding the issues but the items go back on the site with no updates. When I consign I have to micro manage every item description because measurements are often way off, fabrications are incorrect (listing a leather jacket as wool), listing categories are incorrect (suit jacket listed as denim trucker), items have been lost once consigned. Trying to get issues corrected is an uphill battle and I find I have to contact consignor relations 4-8 times for each item before they will actually correct their error. It’s a joke they market themselves as “experts”. It’s gotten progressively worse over the last two years to the point I will no longer consign. I shouldn’t have to fight to get them to correct their sloppiness. I only continue to shop with them because I have unused site credit. Can’t wait to get that used up so I can be truly done with them!

Beautiful bag

I purchased a purse that was not in my opinion to the overall condition of the bag advertised. I contacted the RealReal and they were wonderful. I received a full refund once I returned the purse and the customer service was exceptional. No complaints at all very satisfied. I since have purchased numerous other purses with no issues. Highly recommend.
