I wanted to buy some Carhartt Beanies with our company logo for the guys. I approved the embroidery, but when the hats came, the lettering was so small, it was illegible. I complained, but was told that I approved the design. They would make me new hats with a bigger design, at half price. Why not make a bigger design to begin with?

I did order this hat, but turns out you were out of stock. Why this day and age you can't keep your website up to date with what's in the warehouse is pretty sad

Very warm, fits nicely. Material give out after several washes and rough handling (construction field). Overall my guys love the hats even though they don't look as crisp as on day one.
