This is a difficult review. Your customer service and the stitching was near perfect. My rating of the hat itself is perhaps beyond your control in that I have an older Port Authority hat that fit my head perfectly but your hat form PA is slightly smaller by about a quarter inch and does not fit. I suggest you look into a larger PA hat as my 7 3/4 is common. Very disappointing as I have tried to stretch the material to fit..

Value would be higher but the hats did not fit at all, so there was no value in the hats. This was not helped because customer service would not refund or exchange the purchase.

I love the hats. They fit great and all. My only reservation is that the colors are not more solid. I understand that is the nature of the process. But what you sell as "black" in in fact grey. DOn't get me wrong. I love these hats. Would just love them more if I could get richer color.

Don't care for the velcro closure in the back on hats and so many are that fuzzy twill these days. So I am super happy with the fit and feel of these. Embroidery is top notch as well. Very Very Happy.
