The customer service was very good. We received clear communications regarding the proof, how the final product would look, and expected completion and delivery dates. I really appreciate that one staff person took a picture of the mock up they had made, with her phone and sent me a picture that way, along with the picture their team had sent. It really gave us the reassurance that the end result would match our expectations. It arrived swiftly, and looks great. Everyone is excited!
