Embroidery doesn’t look good. Small and hard to read. Would have loved to have seen a sample or something. Sent the order and never got anything other than they couldn’t put Quincy like we wanted, until it was delivered. Won’t order again. We do love the hats though they are great in the summer.

Thanks for letting us know there was an issue with your your order. I was able to pull up your account and see the sewn proof that Mary emailed to you before we processed the order. We don't move forward on the order until you have seen (and emailed approved) of the proof.
Does the embroidery on the hats you have look different than the proof that you approved before production? If we made an error, we'd like the chance to fix it!
