Great service from start to finish. We only went here after Emma screwed us over failing to deliver a bed after 2 months.

Totaalbed got everything done in 2 weeks.
In shop sales were fantastic.
Delivery notifications very accurate.
Delivery came on time, bed was setup and packing taken away in 5 minutes.

Just perfect.

The experience was good and customer service was helpful. We made the right choice with our bed, only the delivery took a little longer.

Staff is quite friendly and supportive to bring me all the reasonable options which fit to my preference. It helped me to come to decision making easily. Delivery is also on time and smoothly handled.

I want to file a complaint with TotaalBed Amsterdam Arena Boulevard.
I have an Alexia duvet (200x220).
I've had it for four years, and the filling is on the sides, and the middle is flat. TotaalBed says they'll just refill the duvet for a fee, which I find poor service considering it's not that old.
I would say be careful what you buy; the staff is friendly, but the service is poor, so I won't buy anything from TotaalBed again.

We ordered a complete bed with two mattresses plus two additional mattresses in the shop. The saleswoman assured us that we would have a 14-day return period and a 90-day exchange period. On the basis of that promise, we went ahead with the full purchase, spending almost €5,000 in total.

After delivery, we quickly realized that two of the mattresses (worth €1,200) didn’t fit our new home and were not comfortable. These mattresses were completely unused, and we immediately requested to return them within the 14-day window.

What followed was a month-long nightmare:

Customer service was unresponsive and kept telling us “someone will call back,” but nobody did.

The 14-day return period turned out to be a lie — they told us it only applies to online purchases, not in-store, despite the saleswoman explicitly promising otherwise.

Attempts to exchange the mattresses under the 90-day program were ignored.

In the end, I was left with €1,200 wasted, endless phone calls, broken promises, and zero support from Totaalbed.

This was not just disappointing — it felt deliberately misleading. For a premium purchase of nearly €5,000, I expected honesty and proper service. Instead, I got frustration, wasted time, and a company hiding behind policy fine print instead of standing by what their own staff promised in-store.

I cannot recommend Totaalbed. Be very careful - what they tell you in the shop may not match the reality.

Didn’t get good discount or any good offer

Everything went smooth , the bed arrived at time as we agreed and also assembled very quickly. The bed is a game-changer for the sleep quality, it provides excellent support for the back.

We came to just look around, but thanks to the consultant we left with the order for the bed 😀 The consultant gave us very relevant advices. We are very happy with the choice so far.

The sales adviser took a lot of time for us, showing us various beds and letting us try out many mattresses, and gave us useful advice. The delivery and assembly of the bed was done well and fast.

The bed is ok, the delivery and assembly not so much. The pieces we got delivered did not match what was in the schematics, a lot of extra holes had to be drilled and the some of the ones that were predrilled were not at the right place because the pieces would now align. Customer service is also very unresponsive over the phone. In the end we managed to put it together and it looks nice, but at some point it felt like it would have been less effort to build the bed ourselves from scratch.

1. Missing planks in the bed ( when we shopped, we were promised 6 planks but we recieved 3)
2. Damaged leg of the bed
3. Improper assembly
4. Long waiting time to address the complaint.

The best service we had, delivery in exactly planned moment, the best bed we ever had, our bodies are really resting.

The quality of materials are good. The installation was very quick and skillfully done The people at the showroom was also very good with their recommendations. Overall a very satisfying experience with totalBED.

We had pleasant experience in the store while purchasing. Also, Recently we saw some problem with the bed installation but totalbed customer service was very helful to support and resolve. Now our bed is fixed perfectly.

The service in the store was great. The mattress is great. But the delivery was poor. They refused to bring the mattress up to the 1st floor as agreed.

I received friendly advice in the store. Bed was delivered on time, assembly was done quickly and I'm also satisfied with the quality.
