I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the complete lack of service and support despite continuous and regular follow-ups from my end.
Since 11th January, I have been consistently following up back-to-back with Vikas, Shanu, Pooja, Neha, and Shah Faisal. However, even after repeated communication, I have not received a single lead, nor has there been any concrete action or ownership taken to resolve the issues.
There is no clarity on who is handling the account, no accountability, and no resolution provided so far. I have made every possible effort to get this addressed, but unfortunately, there has been no response, no progress, and no outcome.
As of today:
No leads have been provided
No benefit has been received against the payment made
No one is actively looking after or resolving the issue
This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
I request you to urgently intervene and provide a clear resolution immediately.
If the issue cannot be resolved and services cannot be delivered as committed, then I request a full refund of the amount paid.
Please consider this as a full and final request.
I expect a written confirmation of resolution or refund within the next 2 days, failing which I will be compelled to take this matter further.
It has been over one and a half months since we made full payment, yet not a single promised service has been delivered. We have not received any meaningful leads, support, or outcomes as discussed at the time of sale.

No Service Delivery
Despite complete payment, there has been zero effective service. There is no structured onboarding, no dedicated point of contact, and no progress visibility.
Repeated & Uncoordinated Communication
Every time we follow up, a different employee contacts us, repeatedly asking the same basic questions. This clearly indicates a lack of internal coordination and ownership.
Extremely Poor & Irrelevant Lead Quality
The few inquiries received are completely unrelated to our business.
For example, receiving leads such as “Cow Ring” is unacceptable and shows complete mismatch and negligence.
No Clarity or Transparency
There is no explanation on:
Source of the leads
Lead filtering process
Reason for receiving irrelevant categories
False Commitments & No Accountability
Your sales team made several assurances before payment, but post-payment support has been nonexistent. Follow-ups do not result in resolution, only delays.
Refund Delays & Misleading Responses
For the past 7 days, we have been continuously requesting a refund due to non-performance. Instead of a clear resolution, we are being misled and unnecessarily delayed.
Overall, this has been a highly unprofessional and disappointing experience. Your primary focus appears to be selling packages, with no accountability once payment is received.
There is no proper service after taking the package.
Their main focus is only on selling packages, but once payment is done, support completely disappears.
Leads quality is very poor and confusing.
We are getting irrelevant inquiries which have no connection to our business.
Example: receiving leads like “Cow Ring” — this is absolutely unrelated and unacceptable.
There is no clarity:
Whose leads are these?
How are they filtered?
Why irrelevant categories are sent?
Sales team promises a lot before payment, but no accountability after that.
Follow-ups don’t help, and issues are never properly resolved.
Overall, not worth the money.
If you are looking for genuine B2B leads and professional service, think twice before investing.

Poorest customer service. Fake inquiries. Fake traffic. After making payment they stopped responding to my calls and after 6 months they activated my profile and then told me only 6 months are left ( i bought plan for 1 year). Do not trust their sales team. TradeIndia is a scam

Don't waste your money in tradeindia. After payment they will not responce any call & massage. Anymore not support by tradeindia. Very very bad service.
I made a payment of ₹32,000 to TradeIndia for Google promotions and lead enquiry services. After receiving the payment, the company did not deliver any leads or promotional activities as promised.
I personally visited their office and sent multiple emails to customer care, but there was no response or resolution. None of their staff were willing to meet or take responsibility for the issue.
It feels like they are taking advantage of customers and not providing the services they advertise. I strongly advise others to be cautious before making any payments to this company.
I hope TradeIndia takes this feedback seriously and resolves my issue, but as of now, I’ve had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the service experience I’ve had since purchasing my subscription. I subscribed to TradeIndia around July and have been continuously requesting for my product listings to be activated on my account. Unfortunately, even after almost three months, my listings have still not gone live.
Despite multiple follow-ups and complaints over the last several weeks, I keep receiving the same response — that the issue will be resolved “today or tomorrow.” However, no progress has been made. For the past 15 days, I have even been unable to open my TradeIndia account properly, which has further affected my business operations during the crucial festive season.
When your sales team approached me, they made several strong commitments and assurances, but the post-sale support has been extremely disappointing. In contrast, I have been using IndiaMART for over five years and have never faced such issues. I had subscribed to TradeIndia with the intention of exploring another portal, but unfortunately, my experience has been entirely unsatisfactory.
Given that I have not received any service or leads as promised, I request that my subscription amount be refunded immediately. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to share my experience publicly on social media and relevant business forums.
I hope you will take this request seriously and process my refund at the earliest.
