I would like to sincerely thank you for the noticeable improvement in the execution and speed of the recent transport order. Your efforts are highly appreciated!
However, I have two observations:
1-I had attached a document in the previous email to be placed on the front windshield, but it was not applied.
2-Is it possible to receive a photo of the vehicle at the time of pickup to reassure the customer?
