The bed was much lower than expected but it is a good bed. Delivery was quick and correct. Unfortunately due to circumstances the unused bed went back. Great service, thanks for your empathize.

Sturdy Sleeping Chair
Good product and fast delivery once resolved. I’m happy with the chair. It is sturdy, comfortable, and looks great.
However, I had to contact them first to find out my original order was out of stock, which is why I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5. Overall, I had a good experience with Troonz. I also got a thank you note from them, I love that.

Usually, the materials become more flexible and conform to your body after a few weeks of use. If it remains too firm for your preference, a mattress topper can be an excellent way to add that extra layer of softness!

Good proces but not the finishing touch
After ordering our bed it was delivered within 2 days. We tried it but although the bed itself was good, the matras was not. Hard and not the right size for my husband.
We wanted to return it. That was no problem, but we had to follow the rules. So we did. The package we delivered at an DHL shop (for large parcels after long search). After they recived the package Troonz send us an email that the package was okay and we got our money back. Top.

The bed seems okay but there were some issues
The bed seems okay but there were some issues I didn't like. When assembling we had to drill out the holes for the wheels in 2 places, because the pre-drilled holes were too small and didn't fit the wheels. Also, as soon as you take the mattress out of the plastic and unfold the bed it is impossible to get the mattress back into place when folding the bed without it bulging. We tried with 2 people, it is not working. I am afraid this will cause the mattress to look lopsided after a while. Also, the "cover" that came with the bed is so flimsy it ripped the minute we put it on. It is more like packing stuff than a real cover. I know these are all "additional" things to the bed, but it is annoying. Appreciated the free bedding and bathrobe, that was nice.
