A solid 10 out of 10 for this company!

We had car trouble and needed to rent a car on Elba. We’re so glad we found TWN Rent. The service was excellent. The car was delivered to us by the owner, Simone, who was very helpful even when we needed to extend the rental. Later, when we needed assistance with an Italian garage due to a language barrier, he was willing to help and contacted the garage on our behalf. Clear and fast communication, good price and extremely helpful. A solid 10 out of 10 for this company!
