Great piece of kit and comes with an adjustable harness it would be too heavy to use for long without it. The controls piece is also adjustable which is great as me and my husband need a totally different set up. On strumming alone the battery lasts for about an hour and 30 mins which is plenty of time to get stuff done. I haven’t used it as a brush cutter but my husband said the battery lasted for about 50 mins. The battery is quick to charge too it took about an hour and a half to charge from empty to full. Great purchase

This brush cutter was delivered incomplete, the screws that hold the blade cover on were missing , once I had found suitable replacements , I put it to work on my very overgrown garden , it did a great job and only used a quarter of the battery charge . I’m happy with this purchase.

Ordered on the 21st April 2024, with a charger and spare blade and strimmer wire. Email to say items had been shipped to the distribution company on the 22nd April. Website stated 'label created'. Nothing heard, contacted Ryobi on the 9th May, nothing, rang them on the 10th, to be told that they had refunded my money for 3 items with no explanation!! I had not cancelled the order. Then I had an email from Customer Services asking if I still wanted the Brush Cutter? I emailed that it was useless without the battery and charger, I asked for a refund. I think that Ryobi cancelled the order as the price for the Brush Cutter had gone up significantly!! And I was getting a good deal...
