The fan does what it’s supposed to do but the stapler keeps jamming no matter what is used pin or staples

Pretty good but only one size of staple. 10mm T50 staples.

I cannot review this product with any positivity as it is only something to put on a shelf to look at, I think it may work, but without batteries it is just an ornament, they keep telling me the batteries are going to be back in stock, but they are not. If they had told me that there are no batteries for this battery operated tool I would not have it. yours very disappointed.

I have many ryobi tools that are great so when I needed a powered cable stapler I chose ryobi. Unfortunately this does not live up to the standard I have come to expect. With a manual stapler the staple comes out of the end and lifts the cable as you press the handle. With this the staple comes out about 10mm back from the end and you cannot see the cable as it is under the stapler. If the cable is not in exactly the right place the staple hits the cable. You don’t know if it is exactly in the right place as you cannot see the cable! Also, even with a fully charged battery the staples would not go into wood, they just crumpled. The same staples in the manual stapler went into the wood properly. Very disappointed. It is 2 weeks since I asked to return the item and I’m still waiting for a reply! Edit: Ryobi contacted me and arranged for the stapler to be picked up and refunded me. So really good customer service

It’s great for stapling things together easily than gluing items together
Excellent product very compact and robust and extremely powerful and portable with great power and excellent battery life a must for most toolboxes
I use staple guns all the time in my job when I turned up on site with this bad boy they were jealous
Great for projects around the home.
