I bought the OUTLET PRO® Luxe SmartCool™ and it’s honestly the best mattress I’ve ever slept on. The pressure relief is on another level — my shoulders and hips finally sink in properly, and I wake up without stiffness. The SmartCool cover actually works; the surface feels cool when I get in, and the mattress stays comfortable through the night. The refurbished version is flawless. No smells, no marks, nothing “used” about it. It feels like a brand‑new premium mattress but at a much better price. If you’re a side sleeper who needs softness, deep contouring, and proper support, this mattress is unbeatable. Worth every pound.

It takes a little time to get used to a different mattress going from a orthopedic sprung mattress and memory foam topper to this it's just different we both like it now it's starting to break in it was a bit hard in the beginning.

The firm Tempur mattress is supportive and is very good.
I found the Luxe smartcool mattress very uncomfortable. After debating with the Tempur advisor over the phone, i decided to go with the medium feel. On the very first night, as we got into bed , it felt like getting on top of a wooden board. In the first week we had such disturbed sleep that it felt like we were both jetlagged but persevered and then for the rest of the trial period we only had sore shoulders, hips and lower back. Finally, at the end of the trial period, we have requested to return it and send back the most unwelcoming mattress we have ever tried. Sorry but it is not for us.

I am sorry that you did not get on with your Tempur mattress but I am pleased that you were able to take advantage of the sleep trial.
We want everyone to have a good nights sleep and sometimes the chosen mattress just isn't compatible with your sleeping needs. The trail offers everyone who purchases directly from Tempur the opportunity to exchange or return the mattress (at no extra cost) if it isn't the right one.

Nice mattress we have had Tempur mattresses for many years and wouldn't have anything else. So we thought we would treat ourselves to this top of the range mattress. It has taken us a few weeks to get used to it but we are now sleeping well on it and it has helped a lot with the osteo arthritis in my hip.
We were really tempted this time around by the likes of Simba and Emma with the huge difference in price comparison but after having Tempur for almost 20 years we decided to stick with what we knew - and to be honest - are so so pleased we did - you can’t really put a price on quality sleep and this mattress surpasses the previous one for quality and comfort….. but what really helps you swallow the expensive price tag is the superb customer service and after sales - really have been second to none from our personal experience……would highly recommend them to anyone
The best mattress you could ever ask for. I had a Tempur mattress over 20 years ago, and when I replaced it in the last 6 months I did try other mattress and they come no where near the comfort of yours. I really thought after all these years other companies might come close, but they don't. Tempur is the only one for me.
