Very comfortable mattress to sleep on.
Still getting accustomed to this. The medium/firm is firmer than expected but this is our first density foam mattress. Although we purchased ours from the outlet and it was described as "used" (ex-display or home-tested) it arrived in full packaging and looks and feels brand new. This mattress is also shallower in depth than our previous mattress so that takes a bit of getting used to, but so far we're satisfied customers.

I had constant shoulder and back pain and opted for a tempur firm mattress. 3 weeks in and things have improved immensely. The mattress is firm and comfortable and the service provided was exceptional. From ordering to delivery the process was seamless. Would highly recommend.
Fantastic mattress , even though I bought it via the ‘outlet store’ it looked brand new . Worked out cheaper than a previous mattress I bought 7 years ago (sealy pillow top) and I soon realised how uncomfortable my old mattress had been.
