A little firmer than I was expecting but my shoulder ache has gone after trying several standard type new pillows. So I think I will soon get used to the feel of it, my sleep has improved.

Amazing, never thought a pillow could have such an impact on my sleep. Sore neck has gone.
Bought as a gift for a relative, but am told it is an excellent pillow and cured a neck problem. Arriveed very promptly, well packaged and at a good price for a Tempur pillow. I have been using a Tempur original queen for quite some now. Would not hesitate to recommend the outlet to friends and family.
Really pleased with this pillow. The memory foam is heavy but fantastic support for headaches and neck. It is sculpted and hard to describe how much better it is than a normal shaped pillow. Definitely a keeper
