We only had it a few months, so still a bit firm but we can tell it's a very good mattress. DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE OF SENDING BACK BECAUSE IT'S FIRM. They take over a year to soften, It takes time

Feels lovely
Lovely. Supportive but can feel myself sinking into it also which feels wonderful.
Pleased with the support it offers, particularly when sleeping on your side.. Partner is not bounced around so much when I get up during the night.

For me at my weight the medium mattress was a little too soft. I wish I had gone for the firm rather than having to send this back for a refund

Doesn’t lose its shape, keeps a neutral temperature at night and you cannot feel other people move in the bed so is ideal for couples.
