It was never delivered after 3 attempts, so I cancelled the order to avoid another 3 weeks delay and chasing. I'm seeking an alternative from a more reliable source.

Delivery Tracking Status Update
We have investigated the shipment using your tracking number (MK213037129GB via Parcelforce express24). The tracking states that the package was marked as "Incorrectly addressed" and was successfully delivered to your nominated collection point at Chorleywood Post Office [WD3 5LD] on 20-07-2026. It is currently held there and remains ready for you to collect.

Hello, Thank you for your honest review.
I can understand your frustration as you were sent a Trust Pilot review for an order that did not reach you as it was in effect "lost" with Parcel Force.
We did dispatch it in good faith but I understand that we were let down by our delivery team.
I am aware that a refund was raised on 25.09.2025 for the full amount that you have paid and we have raised a complaint with the courier team.

I have a tempur bed and mattress which I couldn’t live without but I am finding your cushion far to hard just what I didn’t want

The seat cushion is comfortable and you really notice a difference straight away — it takes pressure off and makes sitting much easier. That said, Tempur should consider introducing a coccyx-cut-out version. That would make the range more accessible for different needs.

I got it because the seat of my Stressless recliner was deteriorating after ten years. At first the Tempur seat cushion seemed very hard, but once sitting on it, I forget about it. Most importantly, the discomfort I felt after sitting on the original seat has gone. If you cannot afford a new Stressless seat, I recommend trying this Tempur seat cushion.

Not suitable for sitting on an office chair or sitting for long periods of time. The cusion is too thin, after a while it flattens down and offers no more support than the office chair did on its own. It will not help you if you sit at a desk for long periods working from office or at home.

Great product. I use mine daily at work. I have an old injury - this cushion greatly reduces compression in my lower back.
