First I got a voucher and contacted them. It was a bump to baby shoot but I never got around to doing the bump shoot which was fine. I had my baby and booked the photography session. It seemed so good until it was time to get the pictures. OMG they took forever to put it on a flash drive because they were editing it. ALL LIES. Pictures were horrible. Style of shoot was worse. I paid £££ only because I wanted to have a picture of my baby because she will never be that young again. I wish I never got that voucher which turned out useless in the end.

Let me save you time and from being pressured for a price that is very unreasonable. I wish I read the reviews prior to the shoot.

Our photographer was lovely. Even though our son was very active, she was still able to take good photos. She made our experience fun and was very open when we asked to stop the photoshoot since our little one was already losing his attention span.

But!! The pricing is just ridiculous. £800 for digital pictures on a usb thats the lowest price. For it’s worth, the pictures were not even in high resolution. If you want a high res you pay £1000. Yep that’s their minimum.

We got gifted a voucher with one print. And with that, it doesn’t even come with digital version of that one same picture. You have to pay extra and they make you use your deposit and cancel the print for a digital photo. It takes within 6 weeks before you receive that one photo. And it is not even high resolution.

Day light robbery it is! I wouldn’t recomment at all.

We recently took our six week old baby girl to Venture Stockport after receiving a voucher in the post, and I have to say the experience on the day itself was wonderful. Ben, our photographer, was absolutely brilliant with us and our little one, and Lauren made the viewing feel really special. The whole team is genuinely fantastic, warm and professional, and the quality of the photos is outstanding.

When we went back to view them, the images were shown in such an emotional way that it was very hard not to want them all, and that is where the costs quickly add up. We ended up spending close to £2,000, which came as a bit of a shock in hindsight. I completely accept that this was partly down to me being naïve and not looking into pricing beforehand, but I wish I had been more aware going in.

That being said, the photographs themselves are incredible, they look amazing on our living room wall and will be something we treasure forever. Ben and Lauren really are a credit to Venture, and we cannot fault the service or the final product.

My only advice would be for anyone considering it to check competitor prices first and have a clear budget in mind before the viewing. It really is an amazing experience with a wonderful team, but just be prepared for how expensive it can become.

Had a bump to baby photoshoot and really enjoyed the shoots. However, when it came to collecting the finished photos we found them to be of poor quality, washed out and very, very expensive for what we received.

When my husband went to collect the photos he felt pressured to sign for them despite being unhappy with the quality.

MEOW. Thanks to Ben for being an amazing sport and having so much fun with us. This is our second time at Venture Manchester, it’s become somewhat of a second home. We would recommend Ben to EVERYONE, especially friends looking for a laugh! Another big thank you to Lauren and the whole team for creating such a wonderful environment!

Very professional and considerate staff

Photo shoot was very fun for us all and capture perfect pictures for our family. The viewing of the pictures was very calming and plenty of time to choose our perfect collage! Couldn’t thank them enough!

A very mixed experience. The photoshoot was great fun and the photographer was great with our little one and the final products are lovely but we were not told to wear certain colours and some of the clothes came out quite dull. We also had a voucher that we bought a while ago and were told we can’t use it (despite checking) with the studio first as the package prices were already highly discounted. Also, the prices were not clear on the leaflet - at a glance the large price is the SAVINGS not the actual price! We were shocked seeing the prices with the apparent savings which did ruin the experience at the end.

Personally wouldn't recommend. We had a free voucher through Emma's Diary which included an hours photoshoot and 1 7x5 photo frame. We knew going in, that's all the voucher included and so had a look at the website before hand to see what other products we might be able to buy separately. The prices are astronomical, and we already knew we wouldn't be buying anything extra going in. We were asked to fill in a short questionnaire prior to the shoot about what styles we wanted but the terms and conditions at the end (which you couldn't bypass) had you agreeing for them to use the images on social media which I wasn't happy to do, so didn't send this back.

Ella, the photographer was lovely. Chatted with us on the day to to see what kind of style we wanted, and what picture set ups we wanted (family, baby on her own etc). At the end of the session, we booked straight in for the viewing appointment and was given a brochure with all the prices. The cheapest item was £95 for one 7x5 framed print. They quickly jumped into £100's and over the £1000 mark.

The photos were lovely but definitely not worth that amount of money. There wasn't anything special enough about them to justify anywhere near that cost. A number of the images in the viewing were set up as demonstrations of how you could hang them at home. A USB with all the images (approx 30) would've cost us £800. They also continually mention that they have a pay monthly option.

When we collected the frame, it's definitely not anything special. You're told it's because they're made specially in their lab and have a guarantee on them but high street shops do nicer ones. It also appears that the stand is only made for the frame being displayed landscape and not portrait as ours is. Though I might not be looking at it correctly. There's also a small silver square set in the bottom of the photo which we weren't told about.

Happy enough with the product as it was free, but would not be happy paying the prices they charge.

Our photoshoot was in mid-February, I have just received my photograph at the end of July.
The shoot itself went OK, no real complaints there.
We then discovered that the photographs were £99 each which is extortionate on top of paying for the session. We were also told they'd take 6 weeks to arrive which is ridiculous.
However we were keen to have a couple so we ordered them but not on the day, on two separate occasions around a month later.
After another 3 months we'd heard nothing so contacted the studio who said they were ready to collect, but they'd never informed us.
When we collected though one of the orders was missing. They had no record of us ordering it and asked who we'd spoken to, etc. We had to show them proof of us paying for it via bank statements.
They were apologetic and said they'd get it ordered but then we had to wait again.
Now that I have my photo its decent enough but I cant see where my £99 has gone.

Not a good experience. We had received a free voucher from the bounty club to have a photo shoot which includes one free photo. When it came to viewing them the prices were extortionate we were quoted £800 for a usb with all our baby pictures and that didn’t come with the printing license ! The cheapest offer we could get is 4 small prints for £200. We waited a while to receive them and when we have received them they all have some sort of grey sticker in the corner which stands out like a sore thumb. If i knew they would be on the picture we wouldn’t of got them !
