Perhaps the most useless online store in Spain. I last ordered from Verdecora in 2020 and the experience then was shambolic. It was a pandemic though, so fair enough?
Six years later and nothing has changed. I ordered a bag of pine mulch, 3 plastic pots and a bottle of fertilizer and the delivery, already a week late, became a tug of wills as their delivery company, SEUR, refused to deliver it, saying I was away when I was home more than SIX times.
I did not get ONE real update from the Verdecora team on this, just generic messages. In the end, I cancelled the order. These guys are TOTAL CLOWNS and hung up on me when I asked for their hoja de reclamaciones (complain book). Take your money literally anywhere else as these guys are the WORST.
EDIT: Their reply only confirms their work ethic - more empty words but nothing about how or WHEN I will get my refund, so far I have seen nothing. Just like how they managed my order. Buyer beware!!

Durante todo el proceso hemos estado en contacto tanto con usted como con la empresa de transporte para intentar resolver la incidencia y conocer el motivo por el que no se pudo realizar la entrega en las condiciones previstas. Lamentablemente, en esta ocasión se produjo una incidencia logística ajena a Verdecora que no estuvo a la altura del servicio que queremos ofrecer.
Ante esta situación, y al no haberse podido completar la entrega, procedimos al reembolso íntegro de su pedido.
Le pedimos disculpas por las molestias ocasionadas y agradecemos que haya compartido su experiencia, ya que este tipo de incidencias nos ayuda a seguir trabajando con nuestros proveedores logísticos para mejorar el servicio.

This is a late review
This is a late review. I ordered a Christmas tree plus some plants for delivery in December 2025. The tree and the plants were of excellent quality and I was pleasantly surprised. Now, the Christmas tree is putting on spring growth and I am hopeful that it will be in good condition for the next year. Very impressed by the quality of the plants provided.

Le pedimos disculpas si no recibió un mensaje preavisándole del producto faltante, no se le envió por falta de stock, pero no se le va a cobrar del total del pedido sino únicamente el importe que corresponde a los productos enviados.

Pots arrived dirty and broken
Items had all been used with visible dirt in the “new” pots. They were also improperly packaged and arrived broken.
