Even if you have your own car insurance -- they will get you to claim the smaller chip, underneath the car bumper from your insurance co.
the stress when they give you upon returning your car is such scary!! Especially, Viaggiare -Tirana Center. Imagine you got a flight to catch, and you need to spend good quality time going thru those little check, chips or paintwork under the bumper. it is extreme!! first time, i am facing this in my more than 10yrs of car renting experience!!

per our T&C "During Check-out (exit of the vehicle for rental), all damage already present on the vehicle will be listed in the specific Check-Out Form. The Customer is obliged to carefully check the information reported in the aforementioned form, verifying that there are no errors and reporting any discrepancies detected by the operators before leaving the branch with the vehicle. In the absence of reporting by the Customer of errors in the detection upon delivery of the vehicle, all damage detected upon return of the vehicle and not reported in the Check-out form are considered to have been caused during the rental period."

Avoid Viaggare Car Rental at all costs
Avoid Viaggare Car Rental at all costs. They refused to honour my one-way booking unless I paid an extra €200, then later falsified damage claims and charged $1,000 to my card, plus tried to add fake police fees. Thankfully my bank flagged it as fraud, but it ruined our trip and wiped out most of our budget. Total scam — don’t risk it.

Feeling ripped off
We reserved a Jeep at Viaggiare in Tirana, but were given a Fiat.
Then, the roof damage report was missing from the receipt.
Upon returning the vehicle, we were wrongly held liable for €393 in damage to the rear bumper. Just under the amount of the credit card deposit. It strongly resembles a scam.
The process is very difficult, with all sorts of contacts involved.
We booked through Carjet.
Ultimately, we came to the conclusion: cheap is expensive.

The best car rental from my experience the stuff it’s very friendly and helpful even explaining all the important things and escorting costumers to the parking area and explaining all the policy off t&c so the client can understand everything te avoid the fee off cleaning and fee off fines from police so from my experience that’s the best think to do for the costumers about the credit card you must read all your voucher and t&c so you have the right thing for it all off the cars from this company 2024 and up new cars well done and thanks again

I rented a car from Viaggiare in Tirana, and the staff were amazing kind, helpful, and friendly. The car itself was decent but a bit old and had some issues, so it wasn’t perfect. I’d recommend they update their fleet for a better experience. Overall, the people made the rental process easy and pleasant.

Only Fiat Cars
The staff is good but the company has only Fiat Cars. I was expecting a Skoda kamiq like booked but instead I got a Fiat Fiorino. They said it's at the same category but it wasn't. Didn't appreciate it.

Viaggiare Rent a car at Tirana airport recommend
Viaggiare Rent a car at Tirana airport is highly recommended. They treated us very nicely, guided us. I was a bit late to pick up the car, we contacted them on what's app and they were quick to respond. The car was almost brand new with only 5k on clock.
There was enough fuel in the car. It was clean. I booked through third party web site but you can book directly from them as well if you like
I have spoken to other rent a car at airport but these people are very nice 👍

Great Car Rental in Tirana!
We rented a car from Viaggiare Rent and had the best experience, we dealt with Blerim and he was so helpful.
Collecting the car was really easy and Blerim gave us really helpful information about driving in Albania and where to buy fuel nearby.
The car was in excellent condition (it was a new car and a hybrid)
The car was clean and we had no issues at all whilst driving round the beautiful country of Albania.
Returning the car was very efficient and Blerim's colleagues were also really nice and helpful.
Highly recommend this car rental company and we will definitely rent a car from Viaggiare again when return to this beautiful country.
