Extremely easy to upload our signage and booklet designs and layouts. We ordered foam core signs, acrylic signage, coasters, and a 12-page booklet. Very satisfied customer
I am very happy with the products, designers and customer service persons who have worked with me.
I've purchased several items to get my new agency up and running for vendor shows and I couldn't be happier.
Each time I've come across a print error, they've made it right and I totally respect them for that.
They have my business for life. If they don't have something I'm looking for, I will ask them for a referral.
Very happy with the turnaround time as well.

You have a be present to receive a package
They have gotten to large the client does not matter an longer! We have had a lot of difficulty with the deliverer system they have choose and charge us to use. You must be present to receive a package it can be a 10 day wait, tracking will notify you no timeframe all day and notification only days in advance. Products have increased in price 10 fold and decreased in quality. ( I am aware of inflation and understand increase )

Impeccable customer service and product
We were so impressed when VistaPrint sent their free samples, a beautiful presentation, which allowed us to see and touch the products and make our decision. Brilliant marketing and also shows off the quality of their work. Our business cards are perfect, exactly as designed. We worried about the colors staying true and they did! We joined chat to get a discount code at checkout as the one we tried to use had just expired, and the rep was so generous, taking time to also review our submission and make a final suggestion which we implemented. Could not be happier!

Great customer service when I made a mistake
Great customer service when I made a small spelling error on a design and noticed it right after checking out. Gabby J was great, and swift! Took less than 15 mins to get the issue ironed out, update my designs, and order.

Sarah was so so helpful today. I was super bummed out that my QR code on my order did not work. I really thought I was going to have to pay again for another order. But she really came through and was super patient with me and gave me feedback and advice on how to move forward with the new design. We got it to where I wanted it and she said as a courtesy a new set will be mailed out to me. What a huge blessing for me as I’m barely starting out my business and I’m super excited to see the new ones come in!
