Further to my previous review, I love the style, but the lenses were not to my prescription. I then could not return the specs for nearly a year whilst waiting for a copy of my prescription which Voodoo wanted in order to return the specs.
So I still have them, maybe I will get them re-glazed elsewhere. - review date is artificial - sorry.

I have a complicated prescription and even with those constrants the glasses came with a perfect prescription. Theyre extremely stylish and compliment my face shape. I get so many compliments on them. They are very well made glasses from lens to frame. Glasses came quickly in a cardboard case and promptly. highly recommend to anyone nervous

Vooglam offers a variety of 'artsy' styled frames. The ordering was super efficient. And from ordering to delivery was an appropriate amount of time. The glasses I bought is beautiful. It is a sun glasses with prescription so I can wear it all the time. The only problem is that I cannot read from afar with the glasses. I have sent a message to the customer service to see how this can be corrected. I hope they can because the glasses were not cheap.

When my friends first introduced me to this company I thought these glasses were okay and then I thought oh let's order some transition unfortunately because I've got a series eye disease the glasses were not suitable medically I needed something that protects me from the UVA and the sunlight and something that I can read while I'm indoors it just didn't work out I had hell to return them from the 30th July up until the first of September. The kept robbing me off asking me if I want to pay it half or I want this discount or this discount knowing very well that I said the glasses are not affected with my Casey eye disease they didn't care about my eyes they wanted money they did not want to give me a refund and interact on from the 30th of July up until the first of September because I had to get PayPal involved oh and by the way they are not American they got nothing to do with America they all from China yes they are Chinese company not American you can Google that

it took this company to accept my refund I had to go through to PayPal I posted back the items I've got proof of delivery from the Royal Mail International so they've received it from the 25th of August they received 08/09/2026

This company has got the glasses from since the 8th of September 2026 and still hold on to my money a hundred and fifty two pounds even PayPal has been trying to get through to them so that they can confirm that they have the glasses Royal Mill delivered those glasses I have a proof of it to show that they deliver it and this company has hold on to my glasses they are wicked. I sent them the tracking details everything ages ago and they still refuse to give me my money I'm not going to close the case because then PayPal would not able to get the money out of them by the way they never refunded me today is the 22nd of September 2026 and PayPal refunded me my money remember I told you from the 30th of July right up until the first of September they kept forcing me to take discounts or pay half price these companies like they're broke they're so desperate they don't want to give you back your money I had to force them to give me back my money and they still didn't do it PayPal did it because I paid for a PayPal and not my credit card can you imagine if I use my credit card I would never got my money back they are disgusting I'll never ever buy anything from them ever again

Your refund should be GBP 152.76 (excluding the shipping insurance fee from SEEL) they have received the glasses back on the eighth of September today is the 21st of September and I still haven't received my money 152 pounds is 76 pence is still with these people and they've got the return goods please avoid them I used to buy from them before but I never had to return anything but when I find out that when I had to return which they refused for a four whole week it was so bad that I had to get paper involved and even though I got PayPal involved these people have refused to send me back my money

Purchased two pair of glasses through PayPal. I went back 5 days later to check shipment, vooglam had know record of it in their system yet i received a order number and receipt of charged payment. Unable to contact customer service left email no response.

Love my glasses- 2 beautiful pairs for £77 - what’s not to love?
Ordering and providing prescriptions very easy. The frames are sturdy and feel expensive. I even had a really cute orange case thrown in!
Would definitely buy again!
